Good morning
our valve (AC 01.2) does not respond to the 4-20 ma remote command.
the remote digital command works well.
the valve reads the value of input AIN 1 but does not react

 

Use a multimeter to test the current on the 4-20 mA line at the actuator input terminals. Check wiring for loose connections, breaks, or shorts. Ensure correct polarity.

 

Do you have an order number to look up the configuration? You may need to send a signal to the MODE input to change from Digital control to Analog.
