I am studying this PLC project that uses an ESP32 with DC/DC converters, 8 digital inputs, 4 analog inputs, and 10 relay outputs:

I’m planning to build this project myself but have a few questions before getting started:

Has anyone here built or worked with a similar ESP32-based PLC design? Any tips or gotchas I should be aware of?
The project uses multiple relays and analog inputs—what’s the best way to ensure signal integrity and noise reduction in such a mixed-signal PCB?
