We have recently purchased your LED Explosion Proof Light, Model OHBF52 (60W). The product nameplate is marked as follows:
II 2 G Ex nR IIC T6 Gc
II 2 D Ex tb IIIC T80°C Db
We would like to confirm whether this model is certified for use in Zone 1 gas atmospheres or is limited to Zone 2 applications.
There appears to be some ambiguity between the “II 2 G” marking and the “Ex nR / EPL Gc” designation, which are typically associated with different protection levels.
