compatibility of (GE)GAS TURBINE Control System ToolBox software eTCSS ver.04.03.02 TCI( software) with windows Vista OS.

In my PC, TCI is not installing. After inserting CD, Installation Wizard appears and does not load completely and disappears. So weather it is a problem of OS or some other problem.

 

Toolbox is definately not compatible with vista at this time. Toolbox will operate on XP systems if you only plan to use it as an offline way to check logic or play with Cimplicity, but newer versions of TCI will not work on XP without a dongle. I am not sure what your intent is, or why you are trying to load eTCSS software on a vista machine. As far as I know windows 2000 and XP are the only valid operating systems for GE software at this time. And to say it again, you must have a GE dongle to allow TCI to operate properly on XP systems running newer versions of TCI and Cimplicity.
