Good day,
We encounter a problem while working on Mark VI control system. It all happen during the stroking of Gas Valve and notice that the toolbox is timing out. We try to recycle power on Mark VI and we found out all the three Racks ( RST) were OK, sychronized and the XY VPRO were also synchronized but Z was not and HMI is blank. On checking the controller state we have this R (Boot) IO State: 0x69
Missing Inputs from any IONET/Rack . Control State: 0xc3. We have the same message for S controller. But that of T is different.

Restart the HMI system and check the communication settings (IP address, subnet mask, gateway etc.).

Did you try rebooting the controller again? Either way I would suggest reboot all RST, XYZ and Go Slow.
Shutdown all controllers and wait 30sec+.
Power on R, wait for CPU to chime(beep)
Power on S, wait for chime(beep)
Power on T, wait for chime(beep)
Power on XYZ.
wait for screens on HMI to populate or connect with Toolbox and monitor control state.
if R fails again, I would format flash on R and reload it with software.
if that doesn’t work, try replacing the flash on R.

Thank you very much, the booting was normal after we were able to Recycle power on Mark VI after we check VCMI card on Rack T and the IONET cable
