Looks like it is a " Value initialization" as per OEM manual..

Hi, friend. I have the same problem as you. The Enraf 873 radar, despite configuring the most elementary parameters (LD, OM, PR, DE, RL), indicates only numbers "9". The manual indicates that it is an initialization value, but there are no further details.
