Hi,
Experiencing random lock test initiations on various Honeywell ENRAF servo ATGs at a fuel terminal facility. The command is not being initiated by the operator which usually is done via the ENTIS application.
Tried contacting Honeywell but not getting much of response to understand what could potentially be causing the issue.
Is there any potential for the gauge itself to initiate the lock test randomly (the issue is happening on both the 854 and 954 ATGs)? This issue is also happening across various sites so not isolated to a specific ENRAF CIU….
Appreciate any advice/direction that you may be able to assist with regarding this anomaly.
