FANUC MODEL-D screen show [LOCK]

FANUC MODEL-D
CRT screen show [LOCK] at the bottom right of screen that occurs after PCB was broken and replace the new one. This screen was show after press the "CUSTOM GRAPH" button. When [LOCK] was showed we could not changed anything. What possible cause? SRAM,PCB,Parameter ???? Please help me.
