We have frameVI gas turbine in which we could not achieve any Dumping from the manifold, and we have zero 88HR discharge press. We have changed all the filter necessary, changed the manifold and the 88HR still no gud result.

Are you saying you can't get any pressure from 88HR? Is this a DC motor-operated pump? What manifold are you referring to?

Have you verified the position of VH-1, which I believe is the name of the manual hand valve which can be used for testing the operation of the ratchet without actually closing the jaw clutch halves? You can find the information on the Starting Means Piping Schematic (P&ID) drawing.

Please use the nomenclature (device numbers) from the Piping Schematic drawing to identify the "manifold" and parts you are having a problem with and what you've replaced.
