can anyone provide me the ControlST toolbox V7.0 software? I have the dongle, but no Software.

If you are their customer, then you should be having their customer login account. With that you can download it from their GE Digital customer portal. Alternatively if you have any CPM / TA contact for your site, they have access to most of the versions of ControlST.
