I would Like to know that if tallet leak off occurred. Is it possible caused atomizing air manifold explode? My problem is metal flexible hose (After AA. Comp. flow toward to manifold ) exposed during fuel oil operation.
Before an explosion. CT. on Fuel Gas an transfer to liquid fuel failed from AA. valve (AA1) not Closed. After 2nd fuel transfer to LF succeed to 235 MW. for 10 minutes and then had the metal flexible hose exposed.
