Hello!
I need some info on programming and reading data from a Gefran's 1000 temperature controller, which they say is Modbus able.
I have the protocol implemented in LabVIEW, all the cables laid, but my lack of experience in Modbus prevents me from going anywhere. I don't even know what to do. I've contacted Gefran for help but no awnser. I've made some interfaces in the past with other devices and all of them were sold with some kind of instruction set (string like). Is that principle also used in Modbus? Please forgive my ignorance.
Can anyone point me some directions?
