Getting Kingfisher to communicate with Wonderware

I need help on getting kingfisher to coexist with wonderware. I am using a king fisher PC-1 connected to a pc via RS 232 cable and using wonderware 9.0. I have it communicating thru modbus but wonderware is not reading it. I can see the I/O change on the Kinfisher program, any help would be appreciated.
