Good Day!
I have a problem during uploading/downloding of my program with quickpanel jr. 10.5".During this actions, in the message box would prompt " Device not ready " where in fact the quickpanel is actually energized. I tried to shutoff the power of the quickpanel then a message would prompt " device not on--> turn on the device". But when i turned back on the quickpanel, I would be prompted again with " device not ready". I already check the cable ( HMI-CAB-C49/G ) and the Quickdesigner software ( ver 3.7 )and all are functioning OK since I can do the uploading/downloading with another device.

I hope someone out there can help me with my problem. What are the possible causes and possible solutions ( if there is any ).

Since you can download to another panel, might the panel be faulty? Maybe there are some configuration juspers for the com port that need to be set?

I had similar problems with several different Quickpanel Jr.s and cables and a couple of different computers.

I ended up having 3 bad cables revision "G" and "H".

It is my experience that nearly all download problems to Quickpanel Jr.s are either the port being busy on the computer or bad download
cable(s).
