Help with load cell accuracy

I use two 100Kg load cells with accuracy (0.02% FS) with one indicator. Maximum permissible error is 80g (from the analogue retransmission (0-20mA) to PLC).

(The stated error was not for indicator but to PLC input.)

I used Gefram 40B 96, it gives an error over 200g.

How can I achieve the required accuracy? What kind of a cost will I have to face? Is this accuracy achievable in an industrial environment? We are measuring weight of tea in hoppers. Load cell is sartorius.

Urgent help will be greatly appreciated as I am completely stuck.

What type of load cell is used? Do you use a summing box to match the signals of the two load cells?

The stated accuracy (0.02%) - is it at constant temperature or over a wide temperature range?
