I am looking for any Industrial standard or publication which talks about SIL ratings for DCS systems particularly for Honeywell TDC-3000. Can SIL = 1 interlock be implemented in Honeywell TDC-3000. Redundant Analog Input, Redundant HPM.

 

The standard you are looking could be IEC 61508 or the draft version of IEC 61511.
Yes, you an use TDC 3000 DCS for SIL 1 interlocks. SIL 1 does not require any certified systems for safety interlock applications

 

If you are planning to use the TDC-3000 as part of the Safety Instrumented System for SIL 1 applications then you have to follow the requirements for a system cataloged as "prior use" in IEC-61511 first
edition 2003.
