No direct experience with "low flow cutoff in Krohne systems" but I'll make several observations
The graphic appears to be an HMI batch screen. Are you saying that this a Krohne software/HMI product? If so, which one? There are any number of stand-alone batch controllers and who knows how many custom batch control systems using custom screen(s) that are PLC/DCS based; any of which might use Krohne flow meters. Is the issue HMI or flow meter based?
The message indicates that some flow meter is showing a flow rate above the low flow cut-off value. Most flow meters have a configurable value for low flow cutoff where the reported flow rate is zero flow for any measured flow below the low flow cutoff value. Nothing prevents an HMI from making a low flow cutoff decision.
