We've installed Control Builder A 1.4/4 software and configured the station. After installing the permanent license, we are encountering the error "A translation is not available for error: 0x8004ABFF". Any one having the idea?

 

The error probably means the license server uses a certificate that is not trusted on the client. Is the license server on the same machine as the control builder and does it work for other licensed features?

Yes, its installed in the same machine.

 

There's i think 3 different ways to install the license server. If you are using the Microsoft IIS you should have a link to the website like "License Assignment Editor". If you open this link do you get any error for the certificate? Normally browser will show like a green lock or similar next to the URL
