Recently we have detected & repaired following ground faults in MARK-II and MARK-V system installed on our turbines

1) Speedtronic ground fault (SGDD card) MARK-II
2) 125VDC Ground fault in MARK-II
3) 125VDC Ground fault in MARK-V

I have a simple question. Does MARK-V system has a ground detection mechanism for regulated power supplies of 24VDC, 15VDC and 5VDC just like SGDD card in MARK-II system? please explain.

No.

I believe the TCPS power supplies are protected by fuses.

I also believe that the bigger concern with regards to grounds is the 125 VDC battery, since there's only one and it feeds many devices (the Generator Control/Protection Panel, the turbine control panel, the Emer. L.O. Pump, the fire detection (usually), and the fire extinguishing medium discharge (usually).

In a TMR control panel, a single grounded TCPS power supply will not cause the turbine to trip.

I don't have a lot of experience with Mark II power supplies, but I think they are more critical because there isn't much in the way of redundancy.
