Moeller Easy/Moeller Pico Software

Good Day,

I would like to know if anyone out there has tried to install AB Pico Controller, Moeller Easycontroller software, or any other PLC programming software for that matter, on a PDA running Windows CE. If you have could you please let me know if you were successful or not, and what you had to do to make it work.
