I Have NJ301-1100 motion Controller In machine.when I turn on Machine Cpu show Run LED blinking after some second it Error Led turn on.I dont know what is issue in this Controller
Could anyone Help me.

According to the manual, for solid red LED:
Self-diagnosis found one of the following errors.
• Controller error in the major fault level
• CPU error (WDT error)
The CPU Unit operation will stop, and all outputs will turn OFF.

For blinking red LED: Self-diagnosis found one of the following errors.
• Controller error in the partial fault level (an error in which all
control of a Function Module is disabled)
• Controller error in the minor fault level (an error in which partial
control of a Function Module is disabled)
CPU Unit operation will continue for either of these errors.
Operation will stop for the Function Module in which a Controller
error in the partial fault level occurred.
Operation will continue for the Function Module in which a Controller error in the minor fault level occurred.

I just want to know one more thing that I have open A cpu to check component is burn or not.I found A SD Card Inside the Cpu,This SD Card had my Machine Program(backup)? Can i installed this card into a newone cpu?This will run My Machine or Not?

 

Please check if the power supply is adequate.

 

The 24vdc Led normally on on power supply
