No body answer this question. I also search at net, but not found any good forum like this site. Please share if any one know

I think no answer is an answer in itself. I have not seen any other sites on the web with experience and people like what is available here. You might be able to join a particular users group that is specific to one turbine, but for general non manufacturer specific turbine information this seems to be one of the best. Although it does seem like some posters are partial to GE!!!
