The first topic you requested has been covered many times before on control.com. There is a 'Search' field at the far right of the menu bar at the top of every control.com page. (It's strongly suggested to use the Search Help to understand the syntax of search terms.)

As for your second request, which governor valve? Which "driver"? Have you looked at the System Descriptions provided in the Instruction/Service manuals provided with the unit? That's always a great place to start to try to understand controls.
