I'm having some diffculties in getting the signals of the PLC back to the DCS so it can be better monitored. I would appreciate if anyone can help so far I have to choose by using wire and by using the protocol addresses.

1. How about telling us which Honeywell system do you have? TDC2000? TDC3000 with HPM controllers or Experion with C200 Controller or Experion with C300 Controllers?

2. How about telling us the make and model of your PLC? Allen Bradley (PLC5, SLC, or Controllogix? Modicon (Quantum, Compact, Twido) etc...

3. Whether you want redundant comms links?

4. What is the distance b/w the Honeywell system and the PLC? Are they in the same facility? or have to be connected via radio/GSM modem or fiber optic?

5. Does the PLC have Ethernet capability?

6. Does the PLC comes with an OPC package?
