We need some help in understanding the help you need.

What is your role in the pre-application process?

What are your responsibilities with regard to this list?

The plant designer should be able to provide the "answers" to the "questions" in the list as they are all related to the design of the plant as they are all important to how the plant will be operated and therefore how it will be built and therefore how it must be designed.

I am a young engineer, new to the power generating business. I recently joined this company with an interest in large scale power generation starting with a 250MW power plant.

I am required to provide technical information’s based on similar power plants in existence for the pre-application assessment. I choose the GT type base on the information’s I have at my disposal.

Once the application scales through the pre-application stage, a proper design would be done. The idea of the pre-assessment is to assess the feasibility of the project before investors actually commits resources into the proper plant design.

Thank you.
