An "hour ending" UTC timestamp of 10/1/2014 16:00 is returned from eDNA when hourly data is requested for a specified time.
However, when minute data is requested for the same time, UTC timestamps of 10/1/2014 16:00, 10/1/2014 16:01, 10/1/2014 16:02, ... etc. are returned; which to me is obviously timestamps for "hour ending" 1700, not 1600.
Has anyone else run into this problem?
Is the simplest solution to specify a time of one hour before the desired time when minute data is needed?
