I am developing an ethernet/IP adapter. I want to use a RSlinx lite version to test my ethernet/IP adapter. Is it possible to use rslinx for this purpose? Is there any other free software available for this purpose?

There is a software, from Pyramid solution, called EIPscan that you can use for testing your Ethernet/IP adapter.
