Hello
our sitrans cv gas chromatograph displays the below alarms each time calibration is initiated preventing the calibration process from completing:

TCD1: Sensor interrupted

TCD4: Sensor interrupted

What does this point to or what should we be looking out for and what steps can I take to clear this alarm?
