Good day.
I need help. I bought a Siemens PLC CPU 314C -PtP. I have several equipment like HMI that use ethernet and this PLC of mine does not have ethernet port. I bought a media converter Softing Echolink S7 Compact to use to link throughE Siemens Scalance switch. Now my challenge is I don't have the configaration software for Softing Echolink S7 Compact. Also if I manage to get it, I would like someone to share on how to go about to configure this media conveter so I can link my PLC to other ethernet devices using the network switch.
I am new into the world of PLC programming and networking.
