The ISaGRAF Workbench User's Manaual is a good reference but may lack some specifics. Another excellent resource is at the www.plcopen.org web site. Siemens has a text book by a fellow called Burger that gets into the ST specifics.
I have worked with the engineering staff at the US Bureau of Reclamation and now all they program in is ST. It is amazing how much better it is than the other languages.
The makers of ISaGRAF also supply an excellent book on programming methodology that covers all the IEC 61131-3 languages, including ST. You can find some info on the book here: http://www.centristech.com/en/news/news011.htm
