Subsequent water bath boiler failure

Good afternoon House
Anyone too assist what else should be done regarding the below question.
Baltur BGN 250 which uses DUNGS MPA22 control system.

BGN 250 water bath boiler subsequently failed too fire after the step 09 which is meant too establish flame but once it get too that stage it will just tripped on F25H literally means no flame after Safety period elapses. What could cause it because there is abundance of gas pressure on the line too requirements of the boiler based on the OEM design. What other factor should be look out too while troubleshooting. What was observed is that after while if you left the boiler alone for some hours let say like 4 to 5 hours once start signal initiated it will commence properly. Also the gas servo motor has been adjusted various since it no more working on auto again. What else should be look out for?.

Thanks everyone for your response in advance

@Dave
Thanks for that response.
I also had the manual as well
The manual only give meaning of the alarm signal. But not possible causes and action too be taking.
I don't know if you can help with that.

You'll need to trouble shoot the entire system assuming you are also familiar with the process system, and your answer will emerge. Good luck!

Visually inspect and clean the flame probe tip/insulator. Carbon build-up, soot, or condensation can block the flame signal.

Check probe wiring and earth/ground continuity, since ionisation detection relies on a solid reference to ground.

If the MPA22 provides a flame signal or microamp reading, record it during ignition. A very low microamp value means the probe is not detecting the flame. The controller manuals explain how to read and interpret this flame signal.

Also, check the ignition system carefully. Confirm that electrodes are producing a strong spark with the correct gap, clean surfaces, and proper lead routing. A weak or absent spark means no ignition. Inspect ignition cable insulation, grounding, and the positioning of electrodes relative to the burner flame.

For those interested in more practical examples of boiler ignition and controller integration, here’s a useful project write-up that shows how others approach control and monitoring: https://www.pcbway.com/project/shareproject/PiHome_Boiler_Controller_Relay_with_nRF24L01.html

@bidrohini
Thanks for your response.
Actually at a point the boiler was left alone and it was started after several hours and it responded and since then it has been running on it own on auto operation.
