I need software to connect PLC Telemecanique TSX47-10 & PL7-2/TSX17 to PC to monitor the PLC input & Output

Also, I need the connecting cable configuration

There are quite a few cable options to use depending on the PC setup you have and the PC you have.

The software is X-tel, but I don't think you can run it on Windows. It must run under OS2. I'm not sure if you can run it on Virtual PC or something else. I still have the FTX 507 laptop that runs OS2, so I don't have much information how to connect using later equipment.

 

You might use a virtual PC platform as VMware by installing virtual OS/2 WARP.

For the communication you need a RS232<-->Current Loop converter.
