we have a 30kW three phase induction motor. now our requirement is to run the motor both two direction i.e. clockwise and anti-clockwise for our plant purpose. So my question is if we run the motor such way then what type of problem may arise on the motor? Is it hamper the motor winding and life time of the motor?

 

For a standard squirrel cage induction motor, there is no impact. I think pretty much all are bi-directional. If you have a particularity hot environment, then you may need to check if the motor end fan is bidirectional, but i don't recall ever needing to.
