TI545 Program/Run mode

Does anybody know how to get a TI545 PLC back in Run mode? We don't have the PLC programming software but is there a way to issue some command over the serial port?

It is an "auxillary" service within the TiSoft programmind software, or a Windows menu item in ShoftShop. I do not know of any other way to put the TI545 in Run Mode.
