What is that designated "2350"&"5400" Valves..

 

How about I/H connverter did you tested it ..also can you zoom on associated part of I/H 1800 cant read clearly ..

 

Dear Friends,
We have a steam turbine of 8MW,Make BHEL,Model no-K800-2,year manufacturing 2001.After three years of Non-operation,this turbine has been put in operation.Many problems were faced.Those were removed one by one.Now turbine load does not increase above 2.2 MW and trips on "Low trip oil pressure".
Its Servo Cylinder has scoring mark in inside surface.Seal kit has been replaced by new ones.
Kindly suggest remedy.

I have only one question. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO PROVE THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE LOW LUBE OIL PRESSURE ON THE MOST REMOTE BEARING????

Main Oil Pump discharge pressure is 8Kg/cm2. The individual bearing has pressure gauges to monitor lub oil pressure.Trip oil pressure never came below 3.5Kg/cm2.

Thank you for adding those datas..but it is historical report/SOE file not trends ...

For better troubleshooting one would take ( from control system /protection) some graphs ( trends ) of the designated signals /values for this issue...
