I have an old HMI done is TCP OpCenter version 2.25. In runtime the application shuts down after 15 minutes. Any clues as to why?

 

what do you mean by "shuts down"?

do you get any error messages?

does it restart normally?

Are you running under a Demo license? 15 minutes is a common demo time.

I'm not familiar with this control system software, is 'TCP' the manufacturer/vendor?

Is it installed on a new computer where it was never installed and running with a license before? Does that package even require a run-time license? That sounds like demo-mode behavior to me.

The HMI software just closes with no errors

This is old HMI software. The company was purchased by GE, Total Control Products was the original name. I'm running with an editors' license.
