Transfer function for reactive distillation column

Hi there.

I want to write a transfer function for a reactive distillation column and then study the system by applying step changes and then PID controller. Can anyone help me in this regards?

Process Control by Peter Harriot is a very good book for you... Go thru it and try out the mathematical modelling of your process...
