I've used GE Fanuc Genius Modular Redundancy (GMR) system "http://www.geindustrial.com/cwc/gefanuc/integratedsys.html":http://www.geindustrial.com/cwc/gefanuc/integratedsys.html which incorporates TMR.
You may be able to find a lot of information starting at the web site.
