I'm new to S7 but need to be able to upload datablock values into a current project.
Please advise the steps required to perform a datablock upload and download in the most basic and understandable fashion possible.

1. Go online on the PLC in the manager.
2. Open the DB.
3. Save - Yes to overwrite
