We are having errors when we try to connect to a ControlLogix PLC using a vHmi driver. The VB error's out, and gives a socket error (10061). If anyone has an example of real code that is used for this type of setup (ControlLogix PLC - slot 0, ENBT/A Ethernet interface card - slot 5) it would help tremendously. The vendor's website does not contain any examples specifically for this type of application.

Did you have any luck with the drivers for the vHMI -> ControlLogix PLC? I have the same problem.

If you are getting error 10061 it is because you are trying to connect to the wrong port on the PLC. The PLC5 and SLC500 use port 2222. The *Logix PLCs use port 44818. This is explained on the website and in the AB documentation.
