So I am trying to do an upgrade for a multiunit plant.There are 4 gas turbines,but one of them has the Mark VI controller,the three other ones have the Mark VIe controller.Unfortunately I cannot see the alarms of the Mark VI ,but I can startup and shutdown the gas turbine.In the alarmID I cannot see any alarm that begins with T4......I also cannot modify this point.What might be the problem?

 

Since the Mark VI and Mark VIe controllers are different generations, there may be a communication mismatch or compatibility issue. Check if the controllers are integrated properly and whether the alarms from the Mark VI controller are being transmitted to your control system.

 

I suspect this is the problem as you say,but I dont know how to resolve it
