Lutze designed its new LEPOS power supply series for standard industrial use. The line offers dependable DC power for control cabinets, machines, and automation panels. The series includes both 12-volt and 24-volt models, with power outputs ranging from 20 to 960 watts, covering nearly any application. Each unit in the LEPOS lineup is designed with reliability in mind. The supplies reach efficiencies as high as 94 percent, keeping heat low and minimizing energy waste. They’re built to handle short circuits, overloads, and temperature spikes without dropping output, even sustaining 150 percent of their nominal rating for short bursts. Models range from 1 amp to 40 amps and include options for parallel or redundant setups. All units utilize screw terminals, carry a UL 508 Listing, meet RoHS compliance, and offer a high mean time between failures, making them easy to maintain and long-lived in the field.
Five Flavors of Power
The LEPOS lineup is divided into five groups, each serving a distinct need. The low power range covers compact installations of up to 20 to 100 watts. The Basic series steps up to 120 to 480 watts, providing single-phase options at a strong price-to-performance ratio. The High Performance range adds features like PowerBoost for short power surges and operates with efficiency levels reaching up to 94 percent.
The Wide Range and Power versions serve more demanding environments. Wide Range models accept single, dual, or three-phase input voltages ranging from 180 to 550 V AC, making them suitable for global installations or variable supply conditions. The Power versions are designed for three-phase applications up to 960 watts, providing stable and consistent output for large automation systems.
Built for Practical Integration
Each LEPOS model uses a switch-mode design with broad AC and DC input compatibility, making system integration straightforward. The power supplies are equipped with adjustable output voltages for easy fine-tuning during setup. Every unit features built-in protection against overload, overvoltage, and overheating, providing users with the core safety features expected in industrial power systems.

Installation is also simple. LEPOS units share common form factors and terminal layouts, allowing engineers to install or replace them without redesigning panels. From small 60-watt models to the largest 960-watt versions, consistency across the line helps standardize installation and maintenance.
Dependable Power Without the Extras
The LEPOS series keeps things simple: supplies stable, efficient DC power without unnecessary extras. It’s for engineers who want dependable hardware to handle daily industrial use without constant adjustment or attention.
For engineers looking to simplify their control cabinets without sacrificing quality, LEPOS hits that practical middle ground. The LEPOS series is affordable, efficient, and easy to deploy, offering just enough flexibility to fit most applications. In a world where complexity keeps creeping into every part of automation, sometimes the best hardware is the kind you can forget about once it’s installed.
