Cincoze has introduced the CV-200 Series, a new family of slim-bezel industrial HMI displays designed for modern factory automation. The Full HD touch displays feature ultra-thin frames, wide viewing angles, and projected capacitive touch with Wet Tracking support. With an IP66-rated front panel, long-life backlighting, and compliance with industrial EMC standards, the CV-200 Series is built for harsh environments. Cincoze’s modular CDS architecture allows the displays to be configured as panel PCs or standalone monitors, simplifying upgrades and maintenance.

The CV-200 Series is designed for manufacturers seeking a more compact, modern alternative to traditional, bulky industrial displays while maintaining the durability required for tough environments.

Full HD Visibility and Wide Viewing for Operator Readability

The first CV-200 Series models are 2.5-inch Full HD displays with 1920 x 1080 resolution. These screens have an ultra-slim bezel and a wide 178° viewing angle so that workers can see clearly from different positions around machines. All models have an anti-glare coating to improve visibility and reduce reflections, making them work well even in bright indoor lighting. The CV-200 range spans 10 to 21.5 inches and offers over 40 configuration options. The frames are less than 3 mm thick and made from die-cast alloy, making them easy to fit into tight control panels.

Each CV-200 Series model uses projected capacitive (P-Cap) touchscreen technology, providing a fast, responsive touch experience similar to modern consumer devices but built for industrial use. Cincoze also adds Wet Tracking technology, so the screens work even if fingers are wet or the display gets splashed during cleaning or daily tasks. This makes them a good choice for food processing, packaging, and other industries where moisture is common.

Rugged Front Panel Protection and Long-Life Backlighting

The new CV-200 series features an IP66-rated front panel, which protects it from dust and strong water splashes, making it suitable for long-term industrial use. Its glass-glass panel has a 7H hardness rating to help prevent scratches and wear. The backlight lasts up to 50,000 hours, enabling the displays to run continuously in control rooms and on factory floors. The new HMI models also meet the IEC/EN 61000-6-4 industrial EMC standard, ensuring reliable operation even in areas with electrical noise from drives, motors, or switching equipment.

Modular CDS Architecture Supports Panel PC or Monitor Builds

A main feature of the CV-200 Series is Cincoze’s patented Convertible Display Systems (CDS) architecture. The modular design lets users combine the display with either the P2000 or P1000 Series embedded computer modules or the M1000 Series monitor modules. With this plug-and-play setup, users can use the same display platforms as either an industrial panel PC or a standalone industrial touch monitor.

Slim-Bezel Display Target Modern Factory HMI Panels

As more factories look for industrial HMIs that fit into compact machines and offer a better user experience, the new Cincoze CV-200 Series meets these needs. Its slim bezel maximizes display space without needing bigger panel cutouts. Thanks to Cincoze’s focus on modularity, users can reduce downtime, as maintenance or upgrades may require swapping out only one module rather than the whole unit.

With its modular CDS platform, slim design, Full HD displays, and moisture-tolerant capacitive touch, the new CV-200 Series offers manufacturers a potentially durable and modern visualization solution for their factory automation.
