Doosan Group To Reveal Green, Autonomous Technology at CES 2024

Doosan Group will make an appearance at CES 2024, where the group’s companies, Doosan Robotics, Bobcat, Enerbility, and HyAxiom, will showcase green-centric and autonomous tech. In light of innovation focused on a sustainable future, Doosan will also host a pre-event on January 8 for the press and exhibit "Our Planet, Our Future" at booth #5941 in the West Hall.

CES 2024

The Consumer Technology Association's CES 2024 show will occur January 9-12 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The show is expected to see over 130,000 attendees and host over 1,000 startups. The show sold out in terms of exhibition space, with 3,500 exhibitors looking to showcase their innovations. 

The world-leading CES event seeks to engender new partnerships, expand business networks, help develop entrepreneurial startups, and spark the ideas and processes leading to new innovative tech. It will host key innovators like Google, Samsung, Panasonic, LG, Amazon, Hyundai, and SONY. Attendees can expect products and conversations on 5G technologies, space tech, digital health, sustainability, food tech, augmented and virtual reality, advanced air mobility, robotics and drones, and vehicle technology. 

Doosan Group's CES Media Day press conference will occur at Mandalay Bay's Tradewinds ballroom from 3 pm Pacific time. The press conference will center on Doosan's emerging technologies. Afterward, the company will entertain attendees and hold meetings at their booth in the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Doosan Robotics

Doosan Group’s cobot manufacturer, Doosan Robotics, will unveil AI robotics solutions at this year’s CES and present a diverse range of products applicable to manufacturing, logistics, services, food & beverage, and environmental management. 

Among the showcased solutions is Dart-Suite, Doosan's robot ecosystem. Dart-Suite is a robot control system for Doosan Robotics' autonomous systems, offering a comprehensive platform for programming, monitoring, and optimizing robotic tasks. Dart-Suite provides users with advanced functionalities, ensuring straightforward integration, real-time data analytics, and an accessible interface for effectively managing robotic operations.

Also noteworthy is Doosan Robotics' "Oscar the Sorter," an AI-powered recycling cobot capable of crafting personalized cocktails, exemplifying robust and dynamic autonomous robot systems. "Oscar the Sorter" was acknowledged as a 2024 CES Innovation Award Honoree in CES's Artificial Intelligence category. 

 

Doosan Bobcat

Doosan Group’s notable construction, maintenance, and ground care equipment manufacturer, Doosan Bobcat, will showcase a new type of electric-powered machine concept. The autonomous, AI-driven machine will share the exhibition space with Doosan Bobcat's recently developed Bobcat S7X, an emissions-free skid-steer loader. Like “Oscar the Sorter,” the S7X is also a 2024 CES Innovation Award Honoree in association with Eco-Design, Smart Energy, Sustainability, and Smart Cities categories.

HyAxiom

As a prominent provider of hydrogen solutions globally, Doosan Group’s HyAxiom strives to deliver dependable, cost-effective, and emissions-free energy solutions for industrial and commercial purposes. The company's primary product, the PureCell M400, employs exclusive phosphoric acid fuel cell technology and has powered a 50-megawatt fuel cell power plant in Korea since its commercial launch in 2020. HyAxiom will introduce a scalable version of its PEM Electrolyzer at CES, representing an approach to green hydrogen-based energy crucial for cutting emissions across energy production, transportation, and other industries.

 

Doosan Enerbility

Doosan Group’s Enerbility pioneers global clean energy innovations, producing Nuclear Regulatory Commission design-certified core components for Small Modular Reactors (SMRs). Enerbility will unveil its latest eco-friendly technologies at CES 2024, including hydrogen, wind, and SMR solutions, along with advancements in battery recycling. The company’s booth will prominently feature a Hydrogen Gas Turbine and SMRs, showcasing Doosan's commitment to cutting-edge energy solutions.
