Getting monthly kWh report from a Modbus Energy Meter
This is one of those situations where you take a giant leap backwards and ask yourself - what do I want from this report? What you have described is obtaining one figure at month end - not really a report then. I would suggest you obtain a reading several minutes before midnight to provide you...

Stuck On Test of Triconex DI-3503E
I'm no expert on Triconix but having used fault tolerant PLC's - and Using the linked Analysis as a guide: https://www.nrc.gov/docs/ML1204/ML12047A152.pdf It appears failure of a 'stuck on test' will not affect any other points on the module, and upon genuine failure will most likely only be...

Pressure and flow control at the same time
You may consider what appears to be 2 closed loop controllers each having a purpose which appears to be in conflict with the other. If you turn the flow controller 'off' then control would refer to the pressure controller and vice versa. One suspects that rather than be in conflict, providing...

PV800 Numeric Entry Dialog
Having a history of panelviews and Rockwell, and having experience of the early '800's it would not surprise me to find they have reduced the 7inch down to 4inch without changing proportions of the 'popups'. Whoever purchased this PV800 HMI (2711R-T4T) will have Technical support, and would...

Unimat UH404E HMI with Siemens Logo 8
There doesn't appear to be a great deal of information for the UNIMAT 400 series HMI: http://www.unimat.com.cn/down-304.html However this link refers to IM261 Modbus which is a MDC-700 series data concentrator...

Is there a method that can be used for very large number of operating points to design PID controller ?
From your description it appears you have an existing PID controller that could perform better. Can the variables be easily accessed / changed ? What are the operating points and in what form are they available - can you draw a graph or otherwise trend them ? What do you mean by gain scheduling ?

PLC - FIXED SCAN PROGRAM
GX Works 3 gives no indication that I can see of ' Fixed scan'; it appears only to confuse. I cannot see where you could shorten the execution of any code without essentially aborting your application. Mutsubishi must mean something different. Perhaps you can work through what Mutsubishi have...

PLC - FIXED SCAN PROGRAM
Having checked both the FX5U manual and Siemens s7/400 manual, neither have 'fixed scan' capability, indeed the only time I've seen fixed scan used in the past is when the PLC had no interupt capabilty but had PID functionality which needed accurate update times. Both Melsec FX5 and Siemens...

No plant values on PGP, using ABB 800Freelane.
You'll have to give us more details of the PGP as there appears to be a disconnection between the 2 systems.

My KEB F5 Inverter Over Current (OC) problem
It's taken that this is a variable frequency drive (VFD). One incident some years ago related to another drive tripping on overcurrent (OC). The mechanical engineer said it was an electrical fault - the control engineer examined the fault codes on the VFD and stated the drive was protecting the...

PLC - FIXED SCAN PROGRAM
I've checked the Melsec FX5 Programming Manual and there is no indication of fixed scan capability. What is interesting is the ' interrupt' doesn't work like other PLC's that have 'timed interrupts'. It's not clear what you are trying to achieve - since fixed scan and interrupt capability are...

Delta PLC High Scan Time due to analog Modules
Now the above doesn't address Analogue I/O ... Again arduino comes in - it's possible to tradeoff resolution for speed: " It takes about 100 microseconds (0.0001 s) to read an analog input...." https://www.arduino.cc/en/Reference.AnalogRead

Delta PLC High Scan Time due to analog Modules
Whilst not having a great of experience with Delta PLC's, historically a scan time of up to 30ms (Milliseconds) was considered average. In your case, one suspects the scan time is intentionally slowed (10ms is considered reasonable modern day scan time) to match / exceed conversion times in the...

Wire markers that work and stick?
It's not clear what solution you are looking for: https://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/cable-marking-kits/2104564 Hellerman slide-on cable markers (other manufacturers have similar styles) are popular; and having seen markers with the number part 'worn off' make the colour coding useful. The ones...

AUMA AC 01.2 controller, paired with SA 07.2 actuator, receives simultaneous open/close command resulting in WRN NO REACTION warning
I discounted your valve controller electrics since it brings up it’s own warning. If your actuator data log trends electrical signals then it should be easy enough to diagnose your ‘remote’ {PLC based} commands for conflicting actions. Failing that, you are down to looking for a possible...
