ABB DCS HMI server Conductror NT V5.0 backup/restore

We are using an ABB DCS on site. The HMI server is running Conductor NT V5.0. We would like to back up Conductor NT, but found that the backup option is greyed out and cannot be selected due to insufficient permissions.

We checked the permissions of the currently logged-in account, which is Supervisor Level 3. In the Function Access Configuration, the Backup/Restore permission is set to Engineer Level 3.

It appears that the permissions are correctly configured. Moreover, another HMI server on site has the same configuration, and backup can be performed normally on that server.

What could be the reason for this issue?

is this a server or a client?

if you're 100% sure you're working with a server and not with a conductor NT client
because a client shows always the license.dat file from his server
and after you reboot the server and login again with your abb account it should be possible to make a backup/restore
if not please contact ABB

Thank you very much for your reply.
This is 100% a server , not a client .
On site, we have already restarted the conductor NT software and rebooted the server computer. After logging into the ABB account, it still same.
Thankyou.
