Analog Input To Thermocouple Output

Can anyone help me find a module that can be used to convert an analog voltage input to a J type thermocouple output? If I can't find an off the shelf module, I can build it if I can find the appropriate circuit design.

Dear Gerry,

Could you confirm your question, as thermocouple output is analog voltage (mV), you are asking that analog voltage I/P to thermocouple output, what does it mean?

I looked through some of my vendor catalogs and did a quick web search. This is kind of opposite of what most converters and isolators do. They usually take a T/C input (which is not generally very linear) and convert it to a linear output (voltage or current).

It seems the originator is asking to go from a linear input to a T/C output (millivotage).

Perhaps if the originator gave a description of the process or the variable(s) that are needing to be controlled, someone could come up with a novel solution.

Or, we definitely need better clarification of some kind about what the originator is trying to do.
