Hello. We also face the same issue. Remote command for open and close was configured as Dry contact. Are these supposed to be wet type?Look for self retaining remote and priority remote explanations on the Auma manual
Hi David. The discrete signals (open closefeedback/localremote/fault) were all dry contact and were working.>was configured as Dry contact. Are these supposed to be wet type?
Depends on the what incoming discrete signal is?
Is the incoming discrete signal dry contacts, like relay contacts with no voltage connected to either contact?
Or is the incoming signal a DC or AC signal that has a voltage (wet)?
Jumpering internally did not work. This required external vdc. It worked! The commands need 24VDC control voltage to activate them. Without power, they will not work.
