B&R Power Panel 300 (with red blinking led)

Good day, I have a B&R Power Panel 300 on my EPP Kurtz Shape Moulding Machine. There is a red blinking led on the motherboard (please have a look at the photo attached) and the application came up with "Contact to control is built up". Does anyone have this issue before? Thanks in advance :)
