I need to make a cap type water measurement
system

I need to develop the sensor
Feed the o/p of sensor to 8051
connected to PC show it on VB visuals

Also control the level in the tank
how do I do that?
I am unable to measure the cap o/p i tried a
circuit from electronics for you using 555 IC

please give me some ciruits with complete details
I have no time left please help me with atleast
the CAP mesurement system
